Indications
Pregabalin capsule is indicated for: Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy Management of postherpetic neuralgia Adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1month of age and older Management of fibromyalgia Management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury
Contraindications
When this intervention should not be used
[see Warnings and Precautions (5.2)]. Pregabalin is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to pregabalin or any of its components. Angioedema and hypersensitivity reactions have occurred in patients receiving pregabalin therapy
