Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Healos (operated by Revelation Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a Healos). By making a purchase, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Lab Test Orders

  • Before specimen collection: If your lab order has been placed but the specimen has not yet been collected by the reference laboratory, you may request a full refund by contacting us at team@healos.com.
  • After specimen collection: Once a specimen has been collected and submitted to the laboratory for processing, the order is non-refundable. This is because the laboratory has already incurred costs to process your sample.
  • Partial results: If only some analytes in your order produce results due to laboratory issues (e.g., sample insufficiency), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine appropriate remediation, which may include a partial refund or re-order at no additional cost.

2. Healos Membership ($49/year)

  • You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member pricing until the period expires.
  • Memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period once the subscription has been activated. If you cancel within 72 hours of initial purchase and have not used any member benefits, you may request a full refund.

3. Provider Product Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions to provider content or services may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds for provider subscriptions are subject to the provider’s individual cancellation terms, which are displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us at team@healos.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
