Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your Rights Under California Law

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Under these laws, “sharing” includes making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Revelation Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a Healos (“Healos”) does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, certain activities (such as the use of analytics cookies or affiliate tracking) may constitute “sharing” as defined under the CPRA.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by:

• Cookie preferences: Click “Reject Non-Essential” on our cookie consent banner, or customize your preferences to disable analytics and marketing cookies.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically honor it as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Email request: Send a request to privacy@healos.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 15 business days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed power of attorney or written permission) along with verification of the consumer’s identity.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm information associated with your account, such as your name and email address.

Non-Discrimination

Healos will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality, or service levels as a result of opting out.
