SMS Terms

1. Overview

These SMS Terms describe how Revelation Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a Healos (“Healos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides text message communications related to your account, orders, appointments, reminders, and marketing (where you have opted in). By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

You consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of Healos at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, except where required to complete a transaction you have initiated (for example, one-time verification codes). Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.

3. Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include:

• Order and account notifications
• Appointment or lab-related reminders
• Customer service responses
• Marketing or promotional offers (only if you have opted in)
• Cart or checkout reminders, where permitted by law

Frequency depends on your interactions with Healos and your subscription settings. You may receive multiple messages per transaction or per week when you have active orders or reminders enabled.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Healos does not charge a separate fee for SMS beyond your carrier’s standard rates. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of promotional SMS at any time by following the instructions in the message or replying STOP to cancel. For transactional messages tied to an active order or account security, you may need to update preferences in your account or contact support. Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts; you may receive a one-time confirmation message.

For help, reply HELP to a message from us or contact team@healos.com.

7. Supported Carriers

SMS is supported on major U.S. carriers where available. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may change.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with SMS is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number you provide. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to consent to marketing SMS where required by law.

10. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional notice.
